Yes. When you contact Seven Valley, we will review your project, and set a time for an inspection and walk through. We with then take all that information and prepare a fair and accurate estimate for your review and consideration.

Many times homeowners have several items on their remodeling wish list. Prioritize each project as you see fit based on your household needs and available financing. Once you have identified the type and amount of remodeling work you wish to have done, email us or give us a call to schedule a design/quote consultation.

Yes. We will work with your ideas and give feedback as to the practicality and cost of what you are looking for.

Payment options depend on the scope and scale of the job. Payment schedules are consistent with industry standards for down payment percentages and additional draws. We accept cash, check, or credit card payments.

Yes. We make a special effort to minimize our footprint both during and after completing our remodeling work. All construction debris and material will be removed from the property in a timely and professional manner.

Yes. If the modifications fit within the scope of the project, a change order is created and when the customer and Seven Valley agree, the project can move forward with those changes incorporated.

Yes. Seven Valley Home Renovations LLC is fully insured and meets all of the state and federal guidelines for liability, workers comp, disability, and unemployment insurance. This is done to protect both the homeowner and Seven Valley. A copy of our proof of insurance can be provided upon request. We urge all homeowners to make sure all contractors bidding their project are fully insured.
